Coaching
You're not slowing down. You're just running on empty.
Coaching
You're the person who answers emails at midnight and calls it "discipline." You ran on 5 hours of sleep through the last product launch and told yourself you'd catch up later. You didn't. And your body is keeping score.
You might have muscled through in your 20s. But now, you know you are tired and pushing past the irritability. Things are taking you longer and you know if you can only make the time to sleep things would feel better. But now you’re not sure where to start.
1:1 Sleep Coaching for High-Performers
I work with high-performers who know they're not sleeping well but haven't made it a priority — because everything else feels more urgent.
I'll help you understand your unique sleep needs, build a schedule that matches how your brain actually works, and stop treating rest like a reward you haven't earned yet.
How it Works
We set up a free consultation to discuss your sleep challenges, what you want to achieve, and whether we're a good fit. Depending on where you are and where you want to go, I work with people for 3 or 5 week engagements.
Once you become a client, you will answer a series of questions to paint a full picture of your life: your schedule, your environment, your habits around sleep, and the stories you've been telling yourself about what you need to function.
Your survey gives me what I need to build a plan around your actual life (not an idealized one) to both support your sleep and help you prioritize it. We will discuss the plan in our first meeting and refine it together before we begin.
From there, we meet weekly for one hour over the course of 3 or 5 weeks. Each week brings a new sleep strategy, while we stress test what we've already added and make adjustments. I always make sure you understand the exact reasoning for the strategy, so it sticks beyond our time working together.
I provide daily messaging support for encouragement and real-time troubleshooting if something is off.
Together we’ll:
Get honest about the habits and stories you've been telling yourself that keep pushing sleep aside.
Build a structure into your life to support your sleep without feeling like another thing to manage.
Give you tools to combat a loud brain at bedtime and middle of the night spirals.
Set your bedroom up for sleep success.
Map your day around your natural energy rhythms so you're doing your best work when you're actually at your best.
I really enjoy working with clients with ADHD, where our relationship with sleep needs its own approach.
If there's a possibility something else is going on with your sleep, like an undiagnosed sleep disorder, I'll connect you with the right providers for evaluation.

What Changes
When you start sleeping consistently everything shifts. You're sharper in meetings, you’re more patient with the people who matter, and you’re able to think clearly instead of just reacting.
That's what happens when you stop treating sleep like a luxury and start treating it like the competitive advantage it is.

Client Success Stories
Scott’s Story
I am a Senior Vice President of Business Operations for a communications agency owned by one of the world's largest advertising holding companies. With over 95 offices in more than 40 markets across six continents, someone is always emailing me requesting my time and attention, including in the middle of the night. When I started working with Lindsay, I was bringing my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook to bed with me.
Lindsay helped me understand how much sleep I was actually sacrificing by waking up to work and then trying to fall back asleep, and what that meant for my health and my ability to perform. We got the devices out of my room fast. Then she helped me fix my schedule. Not in a way that felt impossible, but with small changes I could make to support my sleep and still get my work done, even when work feels insane.
Recognizing that several issues I was dealing with could be ADHD and sleep apnea, she also coached me through finding a psychiatrist for an ADHD evaluation and a sleep specialist for a sleep apnea evaluation. Lindsay is now working with me on strategies, as I adapt to both of these new diagnoses.
To say she changed my life would be an understatement. Getting consistent, quality sleep means I can show up each day and perform at a level I am proud of — for my friends, my family, and my colleagues.

Ryan’s Story
I’m an award-winning director, writer, and producer working across film, television, and theater and I was diagnosed with ADHD about a year and a half ago. I came to Lindsay when I suspected ADHD was contributing to my struggles with sleep. I had become a true night owl, often unable to fall asleep before 2 AM because my brain would not shut off. Mornings felt awful, and my sleep was inconsistent, with sleeping in or taking random naps that left me groggy and confused about why I felt so off. I was especially drawn to Lindsay because of how open she has been about her own ADHD diagnosis, which made me feel she would truly understand what I was experiencing. Lindsay helped me gradually move my bedtime earlier so I could wake up at a consistent time in the morning to match when I needed to be on for work. And she helped me create a nighttime routine I actually look forward to as well as ways to support my sleep and nervous system during the day. I have practical strategies for the nights when I cannot fall asleep, and my overall health, happiness, and energy have improved tremendously. I finally understand the importance of sleep and the science behind it. Lindsay met me exactly where I was and helped me build a gradual, realistic path forward based on my needs, not an ideal she imposed. She listened deeply and created a plan that felt completely tailored to me, so I never felt forced into something that did not fit. I do not know that I will ever feel like I have fully conquered sleep, Lindsay let me know that’s ok. But I do feel like I have it way more under control, and more importantly, I feel like I have my life back.

Allyson’s Story
I'm a tech CEO and parent who needs to be well rested to function. I found my way to Lindsay after years of 3am wakeups, years in which I said countless times, "I'd pay any amount of money to sleep through the night." I'd talked to every doc I see (my PCP, my OB/GYN, even a urologist) about how often I was waking up, and they all just shrugged and said, "That's perimenopause."
Lindsay had a hunch immediately that something else might be at play -- and I found out months later, after seeing a sleep specialist on her recommendation, she was right. Despite not having any "traditional" symptoms like snoring, I tested positive for sleep apnea.
While I was waiting for that diagnosis, Lindsay and I got to work on my 3am spirals, which improved radically within just a few weeks... I'd still wake up, but I could reliably fall back to sleep. That alone felt like a miracle and such a huge improvement in my quality of life, but the biggest win here is uncovering a sleep disorder that otherwise could take years off my life.
Lindsay won’t just tell you what you want to hear so you will work with her as a coach. It was important to her that we got to the root of my wake ups while she helped me master middle of the night spirals and getting back to sleep.
